<正> Numerical simulations on the dynamics of the filament-bead structure for non-Newtonian fluids were performed using Oldroyd-B model. It is well known that a non-Newtonian jet breaks up much more slowly than a Newtonian jet. The slower breakup process provides sufficient time for fluid to exhibit some interesting phenomena. The forces in the filament stretching can be approximated by the summation of the most important terms. The elastic force determines the drop oscillation.
