【Abstract】

<正>In the design of some fuel air explosive(FAE) shell,the thin-shell structure was often adopted.The weak and complex structure of thin-shell warhead makes its safety and reliability more important..In this paper the drop/impact of the thin-shell on target was analyzed by the finite element model systematically.In the calculation the drop/impact height were varied from 1.5 to 20 meter according with accidentally drop height of loading and unloading from carrying-truck and moving from the dock to the warship.The target was chosen steel board that is the hardest board.Based on the stress state from the calculations the safety of charge and the strength of the shell structure were evaluated and the safety and characteristics of damage of warhead are discussed.
