Applying Circular Economy Theory in Environmental Impact Assessment

This paper presented that applying circular economy theory in environmental impact assessment(EIA) can both promote the development of circular economy and enhance the effectiveness of EIA.The paper systematically analyzed how to apply circular economy theory in the whole technical process of plan EIA.And then,in order to improve the capabilities of EIA to promote circular economy development,the paper put forward some measures.
