<正>In this paper the results of the investigation of some waste as row components at production of alumina cement are presented.It was studied water treatment waste. Chemical composition of waste are as follow as:alumina oxide,iron oxide and some admixtures(alkali,sulfates,etc.).As the other component waste of calcium carbonate were used.Both alumina contained waste and calcium carbonate are presented as a slurry.These components are mixed in optimal ratio to obtain the necessary mineralogical composition product.The investigations were carried out in laboratory and semi-production cement plant.Obtained alumina cement consists of 55%CA,10% C_2AS and 30%offerrite phase.It reach high strength at early stages and for a long time hardening.As differentiated from ordinary alumina cement obtained cement did not show the decrease of strength.In the paper there are explanation of this phenomenon. Hydration of alumina cement and its mix with silica fume additives were studied and mechanism of the structure formation of cement stone were suggested.
