NMR Characterization of Fly Ash Reaction Degreeb in Cement-Fly Ash Blends

【Abstract】

<正>The reaction degree of fly ash in cement-fly ash blends is critical for the properties of blends pastes.The method of chromo-hydrate acid and sintering treating is commonly for fly ash reaction degree analyzing in previous studies.In this study,29Si solid-state magic angle spinning Nuclear Magnetic Resonance was used to characterize the reaction degree of fly ash in cement-fly ash blended paste.Q2 silica tetrahedron change of cement-fly ash blends could be a probe of the reaction degree of fly ash.The blends pastes in the 20%,30%and 40%replacement of cement with the water to binder of 0.28, 0.32 and 0.36 was detected and compared with that of type I Portland cement.The reaction degree of fly ash obtained from NMR is consistent with the method of chromo-hydrate acid and sintering treating
