【Abstract】

<正>According to the preferred selection of the raw materials and the optimization of the mix proportioning,low viscosity C80-C100 high- and ultra-high-performance concretes (C80 HPC and C100 UHPC) were prepared in this paper.Research on influence of binder content and water/binder ratio(W/B) on workability and compressive strength. Test the plastic viscosity of the cementitious materials paste indirectly reflect the viscosity of the C80-C100 high- and ultra-high- performance concrete.The results showed that with superplasticizer and superfine mineral admixture,UHPC with good workability and excellent self-compacting performance can be prepared with low W/B, high binder content and rational sand rate;HPC with a maximum slump/spread of 260/735mm,and the highest compressive strength of 98.2MPa at 28 d,and 104.7 MPa at 56 d was successfully prepared It is discovered that W/B of 0.24 and cementitious material content of 570 kg/m3 which contained 66.5%cement,20%GGBS,10%II FA and3.5%SFofC80HPC;UHPC with a maximum slump/spread of 2601725mm,and the highest compressive strength of 121 MPa at 28 d and 123.7 MPa at 56 d was successfully prepared It is discovered that W/B of 0.21 and cementitious material content of 630 kg/m3 which contained 63.5%cement,20%GGBS,10%I FA and 6.5% SF of C100 UHPC.It has a good consistence between viscosity of cementitious materials paste and T50 of HPC and UHPC.T50 more intuitive react the viscosity of the fresh concrete. Originality C80 HPC and C100 UHPC exist problems which is more viscous and harder to pump,it mainly due to low contingent unilateral water consumption and high binder material.In this paper,According to adjustment of binder content and W/B of the mix proportioning, low viscosity C80-C100 high- and ultra-high-performance concretes were prepared.HPC with a maximum slump/spread of 260/735mm,and the highest compressive strength of 98.2MPa at 28 d,and 104.7 MPa at 56 d was successfully prepared.It is discovered that W/B of 0.24 and cementitious material content of 570 kg/m3;UHPC with a maximum slump/spread of 2601725mm,and the highest compressive strength of 121 MPa at 28 d,and 123.7 MPa at 56 d was successfully prepared.It is discovered that W/B of 0.21 and cementitious material content of 630 kg/m3.So preparation of the low viscosity C80-C100 high- and ultra-high-performance concretes is originality.
