This paper presents a theoretical analysis for MHD boundary layer flow in non-Newtonian fluids. The homotopy analysis method is employed to give analytic solutions of boundary layer equations. The reliability and efficiency of solution are verified by the numerical results in the literature and the mathematical technique presented in the present paper has significance in studying other problems of science and engineering.
