<正>ScCR1,an NADH-dependent carbonyl reductase from Streptomyces coelicolor,has been shown to be a promising biocatalyst for the asymmetric synthesis of ethyl(5)-4-chloro-3-hydroxybutanoate,a vital chiral intermediate for Lipitor.However,relatively low activity and poor stability of ScCR1 limited its industrial application.In this work,a triple mutant,ScCR1_(A60T/1158v/P168S),which showed a 6.7-fold increase
