【Abstract】

<正>Introduction Although D-a-amino acid does not exist in the nature as much widely as its counterpart,L-a-amino acid,naturally occurring D-a-amino acids indeed play an important role in defence mechanisms of many microorganisms and plants.D-2-Aminobutyric acid which is an unnatural amino acid,has been widely used in the synthesis of antibiotics,matrix metalloproteinase inhibitors and antiproliferatives2.
