【Abstract】

<正>CbXyn10C/Cel48B is a multimodular protein,with its N-and C-termini annotated to be a xylanase and cellulase,respectively.In the previous study,however,we have discovered CbXyn10C,the N terminus of CbXyn10C/Cel48B,as the first GH10 xylanase that can efficiently hydrolyze crystalline cellulose.To improve the cellulase activity of CbXyn10C,knowledge is needed for the critical residues that can differentiate cellulose and xylan substrates.By using molecular docking and molecular dynamics
