【Abstract】

<正> Determination of the rare earth impurity in pure cerium oxide is done by ICP-MS. The interference and other factors which affect analytical results were discussed. The accuracy are between 0.81% -11.98% and the recoveries of standard addition are 96% - 112.5% . This method can meet the demand for product inspection.
