Preparation and Characterization of rare earth Sm~(3+) doping Ni-Zn ferrite Nanoparticles for Thermotherapy

【Abstract】

Zn ferrite nanoparticles become a new magnet for thermotherapy,Sm doped Ni-Zn ferrite Ni0.5Zn0.5Smx Fe2-x O4( x= 0 、 0.025 and 0.075) have been prepared by a sol-gel method.The structural and magnetic properties were characterized by using X-ray diffraction, M?ssbauer spectroscopy(MS).The x-ray diffraction show that exist a single pure phase.The M?ssbauer spectra of Ni0.5Zn0.5Smx Fe2-x O4 nanocrystalline show that the magnetic interaction and interface atomic state of nanocrystalline.SEM shows that the ferrite powers are nanoparticles.
