<正>In the paper,a set of the partial differential equation of the coupled flexural-torsional vibration of the bend rotor at base ofmass unbalance is established.Some numerical calculations by means of the numerical integral method are presented.The newunderstanding of the dynamic characteristics of the nonlinear coupled flexural-torsional vibration is achieved,such as that themass unbalance is a necessary but not sufficient condition for coupled flexural-torsional resonance;the residual bend of rotorplays a vital role in deciding whether the coupled flexural-torsional resonance will happen or not and others.The calculationsand the analyses indicate that the coupled flexural-torsional resonance is featured with the charecteristic of chaotic vibration.
