【Abstract】

<正>For stabilizing the steel plate conveyance process, feasibilities of incorporating the linear induction motor scheme to provide the desired lift/propulsive forces have been extensively proposed.An optical measurement system has also been installed to detect the air gap between the stator and the steel plate.This paper is aimed to provide the design and development of a closed-loop linear motion control structure with the crucial fuzzy-based control strategy,such that the desired steel mill non-contacting conveyance system objectives can be achieved.
