【Abstract】

<正> Objective To isolate the retinal stem cells from optic cup of embryonic rats during tail bud stage and identify their properties.Methods The cells, which are able to form single-cell cloning, were isolated from the optic cup of embryonic rats during tail bud stage and cultured with serum-free media. Immunofluorescence technique was employed to detect BrdU and CHX10 antigen in the retinal stem cells and specific antigen of mature retinal cells after differentiation.
