<正> The TNiO_3 perovskites(T=Rare-Earth and Y)were firstly prepared by G. DEMAZEAU et al.[1]using high oxygen pressures.If LaNiO_3 ischaracterized by a metallic behaviour,the electroniclocalization is improved from Nd to Lu when thestructural distortion increases.A transitioninsulator→metal is also observed when thetemperature is increased.The review paper of M.L.MEDARDE gives a good summary of the differentphysico-chemical characterizations involving theTNiO_3 series(T=Rare-Earth)[2].
