【Abstract】

<正>As described recently, retinal tissue produces a relaxing factor (RRF) which can be important in maintenance of retinal arterial tone. In this study, we aimed to evaluate the possible role of L-type voltage-operated calcium channels (VOCC) and the importance of extracellular calcium (Ca++) in the mechanisms of retina induced relaxation.
