<正>Objective: Calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP), a principal transmitter of sensrory nerves, is also expressed by the vascular endothelium. Vanilloid receptor 1(VR1), which modulates the synthesis and release of CGRP in sensory nerves, is also present in endothelial cells.
