<正>The short isoform of CIC-3 (sCIC-3), a member of the CIC superfamily of voltage-dependent Cl-channels, has been proposed as a molecular candidate responsible for native volume sensitive outwardly rectifying anion channels (VSOACs) in some mammalian cells including cardiac myocytes, vascular smooth muscle cells, epithelial cells,and acinar cells.
