<正>Na+-Ca2+ exchange (NCX) is a major pathway for remove of cytosolic Ca2+ in cardiac myocytes. We investigated the regulation of NCX under physiological condition and under the condition of cardiac hypertrophy and heart failure. It was found that at 34℃ the INa/Ca was 4 fold higher than it at 22℃. Intracellular ATP depletion and acidification at 22℃ did not markedly affect INa/Ca.
