【Abstract】

<正>Cardiac arrhythmia is developed on disorders of ion channels and contributes to one of main causes of mortality in patients suffering from cardiovascular diseases. Sudden cardiac death could happen in person who experiences no cardiac arrhythmia in daily life, however, likely possesses quiescent ion channelopathy from inherited or acquired. Ion channelopathy can be divided into two sorts, basal or quiescent with no arrhythmia manifested and activated or deteriorated with manifestation of cardiac arrhythmias.
