<正>Cytochrome P450 (CYP) epoxygenase products have been identified as endothelium-derived hyperpolarizing factors (EDHF) that mediate nitric oxide- and prostacyclin-independent vasodilator responses. The most important event in the generation of EDHF-mediated responses is the rapid hyperpolarization of endothelial cells that precedes the hyperpolarization of vascular smooth muscle cells. However, the fact that CYP-derived epoxyeicosatrienoic acids (EETs) activate iberiotoxin-sensitive large conductance Ca2+-activated K+ channels (KCa)
