Relevance between pulmonary hypertension and psychological disorders

<正>Anxiety and depression were significantly more prevalent in patients with pulonary hypertension (PH) than in patients with inflammatory rheumatic diseases, systemic hypertension, or coronary artery disease. The prevalence of mental disorders in patients with PH increased significantly with functional impairment. However only 24.1% of the patients with PH with mental disorders were receiving psychopharmacological or psychotherapeutic treatment. Either anxiety or depression are frequent in patients with PH and increase as the severity of disease progresses.
