【Abstract】

<正>Haloperidpl is a common antipsychotic agent and is widely used in clinics for the treatment of psychological disorders. But we have demonstrated that it causes vasodilation and prevents myocardial ischemia. N-n-butyl haloperidol iodide(NBHI) is the quaternary ammonium salt derivative which was developed by our lab with the modification of the structure of haloperidol in order to minimize the adverse reaction on the central nervous system.
