【Abstract】

<正>In this study we examined the mechanisms of vasodilatation of the novel NOP receptor agonist, ZP120 in rat mesenteric small arteries. Arterial segments were mounted in microvascular myographs for isometric tension recordings and stimulated with electrical field stimulation (EFS). The endogenous NOP receptor ligand N/OFQ inhibited concentration-dependency EFS-evoked contraction with a maximal effect of 52±3 % (n=8) at 1μM. In agreement with partial NOP
