【Abstract】

<正>Spontaneous calcium oscillations were observed in the freshly isolated mouse ventricular myocytes, in the cytosol, mitochondria, and sarcoplasmic reticulum. The oscillatory frequencies for cytosolic and mitochodrial oscillations were similarly distributed, with a majority of the myocytes having frequencies < 10 per minute. Cytosolic spikes were characterized by a "shoulder"structure during the decaying phase. Mitochondrial spikes were sometimes preceded by a "pedestal" structure.
