【Abstract】

<正>The activity of large-conductance, Ca2+-sensitive K+-channels (BKCa) in smooth muscle cells is regulated by intracellular [Ca2+], membrane potential (Em) and cyclic nucleotides (cGMP, cAMP). BKCa are thought to play a key role in regulating pressure-induced myogenic tone in arterioles (Wellman & Nelson, 2003) and in mediating the effects of paracrine vasodilators which stimulate cyclic nucelotide production, such as nitric oxide (NO).
