<正>This study was designed to investigate the Ca2+ modulations of inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate (IP3)-sensitive and ryanodine-sensitive Ca2+ stores in diabetic thoracic aortic smooth muscle cells, and the contractions caused by stores depletion in aortic rings.
