<正>Objective: The present study aimed to evaluate the myocardial ischemia/viability in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) using dual-isotope hypoxia imaging of thallium-201 (201TI) and 99mTc-HL91. Methods: Thirty-three AMI patients, administered intravenously with 20mCi 99mTc-HL91 first and with 4-5mCi 201TI around 3 hours (h) later, underwent the initial 201TI imaging and 24h late imaging, 10-15 minutes and 24h, respectively, after intravenous injection of 201TI.
