<正>Objectives: To investigate the role of central histamine (HA) in regulation of carotid sinus baroreceptor reflex (CSR) and its possible mechanism. Methods: Under anesthesia with pentobarbital sodium, the left and right carotid sinus regions were isolated from the systemic circulation in the normotensive male Sprague-Dawley rats housed for 3 d.
