【Abstract】

<正>Cannabinoids exert numerous biological activities including the well-known psychotropic and cardiovascular effects. Most of the effects are caused by the activation of two receptors, CB1 and CB2. Most of the vascular effects are known to be mediated by CB1 receptors. Attempts to separate the hypotensive action of Δ9-THC from its psychotropic properties have been only partial successful.
