【Abstract】

<正>CD103~+CD11b~-IRF8 dependent dendritic cells(DCs)represent one of the major migratory DC subsets in the intestinal mucosa,however little is known about their role in intestinal immune homeostasis.To assess this we generated Itgax~-cre.Irf8 fl/fl mice which lacked CD103~+CD11b~-DCs in the small intestine and mesenteric lymph nodes(MLN)and had normal numbers of CD103~+CD11b~+intestinal DCs.
