<正>Excessive DCs activation leads to development of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.New key regulators of DC activation need to be identified.Here we report that rhomboid family member,Rhomboid-domain containing protein 3(Rhbdd3)suppresses TLR-triggered DCs activation and IL-6 production.Rhbdd3-deficient mice spontaneously develop autoimmune diseases,with upregulated Th17 and downregulated Treg cells due to increased IL-6 from DCs.Rhbdd3 directly binds to
