<正>Dendritic cell(DC)is a heterogeneous group,which plays a central role in regulation of immune response.Batf3,a member of the BATF family of transcription factors,regulates intestinal CD103+DC development under steady-state,while IRF4 is required for homeostatic development of CD103+CD11b+DC.The development and regulatory properties of intestinal DC subsets during infectious state is not clear.Recently studies have shown that Batf2 can direct the compensatory CD103+DC
