<正>INTRODUCTION:Interferons mediate antiviral effects through the action of various IFN-stimulated genes(ISGs).Interferon stimulated gene 12(ISG12)belongs to the subfamily of ISGs that are up regulated in cells upon stimulation by IFNs.The exact biological function of the ISG12 is largely unknown. The aim of this project was to measure protein expression level of ISG12 and identify its location,on a subcellular level,in blood cell subtypes, which implicated in anti-viral immune responses.
