<正>The physiological and immunological functions of the neoagarohexaose(DP6)produced by b-agarase,Dag A,have not been defined.In this study,DP6 was shown to promote the maturation of dendritic cells(DCs)by activating mitogen-activated protein kinases and nuclear factor--k B signaling through Toll-like receptor 4(TLR-4).We found that DP6 exerted TLR4-dependent antitumor effects in B16F1 melanoma cells in vivo.In addition,DP6 directly and indirectly enhanced the activation of
