【Abstract】

Objective: To predict the action target of phytoestrogens from Psoralea corylifolia based on the constituents migrating to blood in the prevention and control of Alzheimer’s disease, and to explore the synergistic mechanism of phytoestrogens from P. corylifolia. Methods: According to the molecular spatial structure of drug ligands, multiple network pharmacology was used to predict the action target of phytoestrogens from P. corylifolia, and the drug information related to Alzheimer’s disease was obtained by filtering analysis results of DAVID and other databases. Finally, the whole network of the phytoestrogens from P. corylifolia was visualized by visualization technique. Results: Based on previous research and Lipinski’s five principles, the constituents migrating to blood of P. corylifolia based on network pharmacology was psoralen. Beta-secretase 1, which was most similar to psoralen, was successfully obtained by reverse phase docking and it was directly related to the metabolism of Alzheimer’s disease. Conclusion: The phytoestrogen component-psoralen from P. corylifolia involves multiple target proteins in vivo, which is closely related to Alzheimer’s disease.
