【Abstract】

<正>In the second half of the 20th century a great number of results,formulated in a very simple and useful frequency form,was received in the control theory.The majority of these results relates to investigation of the system stability problem for continuous-time and discrete-time systems.But the underlying frequency method works not only in this scope,but in the analysis of the cycles existence for discrete-time systems,as well.
