【Abstract】

The judicial review system plays an extremely important role in the WTO regulations.After its accession to WTO,the judicial review system of China has been challenged by the regulations of WTO.WTO influences the judicial review system of china in many aspects,including the framework of judicial review,the scope of judicial review and the standard of judicial review.The opportunities arising from the accession to WTO must be seized to perfect the domestic judicial review system,to carry out our promises made at the accession to WTO and to enhance Chinese domestic legal systems.
