【Abstract】

Automatically disassembling of components on discarded circuit board is the trend of the technology to dispose it. Based on the traditional helix disassembly set, an automatically disassembly machine with overpass continual heating stove that can automatically realize the process of material feeding, components disassembling and product outputting is designed, which overcomes the shortcoming of too much damage to the components with low disassembly rate in old method. Tests show that the machine operates efficiently, reliably, and safely, with a low rate of damage in the process of disassembling.
