With the development of economy in China, the number of large-scale projects is growing, the exact, fair, objective evaluation of the large-scale project's socio-economic influence during the process of construction and operation will do good to make the proper investment decision and optimize the allocation of resources. This paper choose the Rail Transit project as an object, use AHP and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the socio-economic influence of the project and use the Line 1 Fuzhou Metro as an example to do the empirical analysis and get the final conclusion.
