Utility Analysis of Residential Location Choice Based on the Theory of Consumer Choice

Through the introduction of two concepts of time, utility contribution rate, this paper analyses and obtains residential location choice criterions by using the theory of consumer choice to analyze the influence of the residential location choice by changing internal and external decision factors, and gives out some practical conclusions.
