Corporate culture,consisting of a shared pattern of basic values,beliefs,and corporate assumptions,is widely accepted as a powerful force to drive performance-enhancing behavior.Changing a well-established culture is a highly complex issue.It is thus very challenging to implement a new corporate culture.This article presents a framework to manage culture innovations in a corporate.
