【Abstract】

<正>The greater the information entropy is,the more balance the every essential developed is,at the same time, the order is lower in the land utilize system,when the system reaches the equilibrium totally,the information entropy reaches maximum.This paper establishes the model of information entropy value and the model of gray related,it uses the two models to analyze the example of Lanzhou with the related relation of the land utilize structural entropy and social economic development.
