<正>The development of analytical methods to be used in the analysis of PAH and heterocyclic PAH (collectively as PAC)is divided into:(a)the development of GC/MS procedures and(b)optimisation of extraction and purification procedures for heterocyclic PAH and PAH in air samples.The methods developed in this in this work were found to be successful in the determination of PAH and heterocyclic PAH in environmental samples.Fractionation using disposable silica gel solid phase
