Surfactant enhanced the hydrolysis of lignocellulose using Phanerochaete chrysosporium

【Abstract】

The effects of surfactants were tested on the production of bioenzyme and lignocelluloses hydrolysis using Phanerochaete chrysosporium.The results showed that 0.00625%PEG 4000 nonionic surfactant added to the cultivated medium can enhance the activities of endo-β-1,4-D-glucanase,β-1,4-D-glucosidase and cellulase were 165.57 U/mL,40.58U/mL and 0.5U/mL for 96 h culture. These data were increasing 2.05-fold,4.52-fold and 3.13-fold respectively than those no surfactant added.The hydrolysis product,reducing sugar,can measure as 3.03 mg/mL,and increase 2.05-fold than that no surfactant addition.
